Understanding What Motivates You
Our ability to function at a high level at work – while still meeting our needs for personal satisfaction in our careers – is based on a number of factors, perhaps the biggest of these being our own internal motivators. Happiness and success are largely determined by whether or not one’s core motivators are being met. These motivations are not a conscious decision, but emerge from self-concept, belief systems, expectations, and personality.
