Kaye Carter RN, BSN, EJD is a change agent and human wellness expert at heart. As a career consultant, life coach, and adviser, she spends her days helping growth-oriented leaders and their teams ask the right questions so they can solve root problems.
With 30 combined years of nursing and executive healthcare leadership, a graduate degree in law, and a coaching certification, Kaye is uniquely equipped to assess people and process challenges. Her specialty is in helping clients evaluate the evidence by looking deeper than the intellect and symptomatic emotions to take meaningful action and achieve lasting results.
